Identity Verification (KYC)
- 1990s reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals.
- Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, and proof of address.
- Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All deposits and withdrawals on the 1990s platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. 1990s accepts no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with the applicable rollover requirements. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 1990s reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms and rollover requirements. Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

1990s is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions beyond our control.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose. Users assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
1990s reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- The user breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspicious or fraudulent activity linked to the account.
- The user fails to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
- Required by law, court order, or directive from a relevant authority.
Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is complete, subject to compliance with the applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1990s platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 1990s or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without prior written consent.
